We describe our products as accurately as we can, and the ingredient and dosage information on each product page reflects the printed label. Where the site and the physical label differ, the physical label is authoritative — please tell us so we can correct the site. Product images are representative; packaging may change.

Health disclaimer

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before payment.
• We may change prices at any time, but not for an order already confirmed.
• If a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where the product is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, where the delivery address is not serviceable, or where there has been a pricing error. In each case we refund any amount already paid, in full.

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product names and page design — belongs to Gen1Pro Nutrition or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it by automated means without permission, or to submit false information at checkout.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi. Before going to court, please raise the matter with our Grievance Officer — most issues are resolved that way.
